Zusammenfassung:A novel strain degrading oil ingredients and a metabolite thereof and a microbial agent comprising the same are provided to restore oil contaminated soil more rapidly, stably and environment-friendly when used with a conventional microbial agent. A Micrococcus sp. SBS-8 isolated from oil contaminated soil and degrading oil ingredients and resin, a metabolite thereof, is deposited as a deposition no. KCTC 11071BP. A microbial agent for degrading the oil ingredients and resin comprises at least one strain selected from the Micrococcus sp. SBS-8(deposition no. KCTC 11071BP) as an effective ingredient. A method for purifying the oil contaminated soil comprises a step of applying the microbial agent to the oil contaminated soil. A method for selecting the strain comprises the steps of: (a) shake-culturing the oil contaminated soil in a resin-added mineral culture medium at a temperature of 25-35 deg.C; (b) smearing a mineral agar culture medium with the cultured bacteria to isolate resin degrading strains; and (c) selecting the Micrococcus sp. SBS-8 strain based on the emulsification degree and degrading rate regarding the resin.
