MANUFACTURING A FUNCTIONAL BAMBOO PLATE SHEET

A functional bamboo sheet manufacturing method is provided to use functional bamboo sheets with both effects of bamboo and charcoal as wallpaper or bottom panels of a building, by horizontally joining plural functional bamboo sheets by an adhesive agent. A functional bamboo sheet manufacturing method comprises the steps of: obtaining pieces of bamboo(2) by cutting bamboo tubes(1) in a thickness direction; swelling the pieces of bamboo by heating the pieces of bamboo with the water; drying the swollen bamboo pieces; making a bamboo sheet(3) by cutting the dried bamboo pieces at the thickness of 2~3mm in a longitudinal direction; forming a groove(4) of a predetermined width on one surface of the bamboo sheet; and attaching charcoal powder(5) on the groove of the bamboo sheet.
