Zusammenfassung:	A composite for decomposing salt-containing food waste is provided to decompose food waste containing high-concentration salt for a short time, by forming the composite of moisture regulator, enzyme activity supplement agent, zeolite, physiological activation material, humic acid, and natural mineral material. A composite for decomposing salt-containing food waste comprises moisture regulator of 1.5 kg, enzyme activity supplement agent of 1 kg, zeolite of 1.2 kg, physiological activation material of 0.25 kg, humic acid of 0.025 kg, and natural mineral material of 0.025 kg. The moisture regulator is formed of sawdust. The zeolite has a particle size of 2-3 mm.
