Zusammenfassung:A functional composite, and an actinide capsule and a fissile material capsule using the same are provided to position a large amount of functional polymer, which is directly coupled with metal ions, on a matrix of the functional composite, thereby improving the separating characteristic of the composite. A functional composite comprises a porous silica matrix and functional organic mono-molecules, which are strongly adsorbed on the porous silica matrix. The functional organic mono-molecule has a donor group consisting of carboxylic group, nitrogen, or all thereof, or the functional organic mono-molecule has both a carboxylic donor group and a nitrogen donor group. The porous silica is mesoporous silica having an average pore size of 2-50 nm. Further, the functional organic mono-molecules are one or more selected from a group consisting of an imine high molecule, an anion polyamine, an acryl high molecule, a nitril high molecule, a mixture thereof and a derivative thereof.
