HYDRATED LIME DOSING PLANT FOR FRESHWATER SYSTEM

A lime-dosing plant of a desalting system is provided to reduce the loss of chemicals and the disposal amount of sludge, by recycling the sludge generated from a lime saturator. A lime-dosing apparatus comprises a distilled water-supplying line(10), a chemical-supplying line(20) for supplying a lime solution, a lime saturator(30) for forming a saturation solution by using the distilled water and the lime solution, and a lime water-discharging line(40) for discharging the lime water generated from the lime saturator. A distilled water-recycling line(50) recycles the water, which is to be removed when maintaining and repairing the lime saturator, to the distilled water-supplying line. Further, an emptying lime pump is installed at the distilled water-recycling line.
