DRAIN VALVE FOR OIL FILTER

A drain valve for an oil filter is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and to reduce defective error than conventionally drain valve. A drain valve for an oil filter comprises an opening member(15), a valve body(16), a supporting pin, and a second spring(19). The opening member closes a drain hole by descending along the supporting pin when mounting an element. The valve body is ascending by the second spring and the opening member opens the drain hole when removing the element. The opening member has a sealing rubber(15b), an opening shaft, a separation preventive cap(15c), and a first spring(18). The sealing rubber is attached at a lower end of the opening unit and substantially opens and closes the drain hole. The upper part of the opening shaft penetrates the valve body. The separation preventive cap is connected with an upper end of the opening shaft to prevent the opening shaft from being separated from the valve body. The first spring is inserted to the opening shaft to be located between the valve body and the sealing rubber.
