Zusammenfassung:	A plasma display device is provided to realize a black color by forming a discharge cell having colors, which are complementary to a color of direct-attachment filter. A plasma display device includes a PDP(Plasma Display Panel)(100) and a direct-attachment filter(130). The PDP includes a front substrate, a rear substrate, and plural discharge cells and displays a predetermined image. The discharge cells are arranged between the front and rear substrates. A fluorescent material is applied in the discharge cells. The direct-attachment filter is directly attached to a front surface of the front substrate, which displays the image. The direct-attachment filter and the fluorescent material are colored at first and second colors, respectively. The first color is complementary to the second color.
