Zusammenfassung:A connecting apparatus of precast concrete members is provided to connect precast concrete members strongly and simply, and a prefabricated pier structure is provided to be assembled strongly and simply and to be installed in a job site by having a connecting apparatus of precast concrete members. A connecting apparatus(1) of precast concrete members comprises a coupling flange formed in the shape of a horizontal hollow disk and provided with plural fastening holes to couple with another connecting apparatus, a first vertical member formed in the shape of a cylinder and attached perpendicular to the coupling flange, and a second vertical member formed in the shape of a cylinder, located in the first vertical member and attached perpendicular to the coupling flange, wherein a vertical reinforcement rib is placed on the outside of the first vertical member for reinforcement and an end of a vertical reinforcing bar of a reinforcement cage placed in a pier is coupled with the second vertical member integrally. A prefabricated pier structure comprises a precast concrete pier(10), a coping(20) and a foundation(30), wherein a reinforcement cage(11) is placed in the pier, the coping and the foundation, and the connecting apparatus of precast concrete members is installed to the coping and the foundation for connecting the pier and the foundation.
