Zusammenfassung:An ultra low heat binder composition is provided to have a latent heat property capable of reducing temperature stress by lowering the highest hydration temperature of concrete and suppressing the hydration rate. An ultra low heat binder composition is prepared by adding 1-10wt%, based on 100wt% of a three-component binder, of an inorganic crystalline compound(Sr(OH)2.8H2O) to one material selected from the three-component binder in a premix form, wherein the three-component binder comprises 30-59wt% of one kind of ordinary portland cement, 30-59wt% of blast furnace slag fine powder, and 10-30wt% of fly ash.
