WATER TREATMENT APPARATUS USING THE HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE MODULE

A water treatment apparatus using hollow fiber membrane modules is provided to prevent efficiency deterioration of hollow fiber membranes and make it possible to extend service life of the hollow fiber membranes. A water treatment apparatus using hollow fiber membrane modules includes: a concentration tank(1) into which an undiluted solution is supplied; a plurality of hollow fiber membrane modules(4a-4d) for filtering the undiluted solution to discharge filtrate through a discharge pipe(32); a feedback pipe(23) for feeding back the undiluted solution saturated in the respective hollow fiber membrane modules to the concentration tank; a first pneumatic valve(34) installed on the discharge pipe; a first pump(2) for supplying the undiluted solution to the respective hollow fiber membrane modules; a backwashing tank(5) for storing a portion of the filtrate discharged from the respective hollow fiber membrane modules; a second pump(6) for supplying filtrate stored in the backwashing tank to the respective hollow fiber membrane modules through a backwashing pipe(40) according to a pump control signal to backwash the respective hollow fiber membrane modules; a second pneumatic valve(42) installed on the backwashing pipe; and a control part for controlling the second pump and the first and second pneumatic valves.
