HUMID CARBONIZATION DEVICE OF FOOD WASTE AND HUMID CARBONIZE METHOD BY USING A CARBONIZATION DEVICE

A wet type apparatus for carbonization of food waste is provided to minimize odor generated during the wet type carbonization reaction and prevent odor from diffusing into the atmosphere by using a sealed reactor without performing a drying process, and remove odor easily by collecting air within a sealed space only, and a wet type method for carbonization of food waste using the same is provided. In a wet type apparatus for carbonization of food waste, which obtains solid carbide by subjecting food waste to a wet type carbonization process, the wet type apparatus for carbonization of food waste includes: a food waste storage tank(10) in which the food waste is stored; a wet type carbonization reactor(20) for receiving food waste from the food waste storage tank and subjecting the food waste to a wet type carbonization reaction to carbonize the food waste; a burner(30) connected to the wet type carbonization reactor to supply a heat source required during the wet type carbonization process into the wet type carbonization reactor; a cooling unit connected to the wet type carbonization reactor to reduce temperature of the carbide generated by the wet type carbonization reaction; and a filter(40) for dewatering carbide that has passed through the cooling unit, and a dryer connected to a rear part of the filter to dry dewatered carbide.
