COSTRUCTION MATERIAL USING USED GYPSUM, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

An interior or exterior building material using waste gypsum is provided to realize increased mechanical strength, and enhanced noise-absorbing property, heat insulating property and flame resistance. An interior or exterior building material using waste gypsum comprises: waste gypsum; waste paper; loess absorbing far infrared rays to form a heat insulating layer; gypsum; cement; an aqueous bond for reinforcing the waste paper; sodium aluminate accelerating the curing of the cement; sand as fine aggregate; mortar cured in combination with the sand and cement; line bound to the loess for curing the loess; a cement-based binder for increasing the viscosity of the resultant mixture; and an aqueous primer for adhering the ingredients. Further, the interior or exterior building material is formed into a plate type, and has a plurality of sound absorption hole inside.
