Zusammenfassung:A method for mass production of mineral-enriched yeast is provided to reduce production scale and time, and improve production yield and economical efficiency by no fermenting and inhibiting wastewater production, so that the mineral-enriched yeast is produced in an environment-friendly manner. A mineral-enriched yeast is produced by mixing vacuum-dried yeast of Saccharomyces sp. which is alive but has terminated physiological activity, water and mineral salt of ferrous, zinc, magnesium, chromium or cobalt in a weight ratio of 500: 1000: 1-500, and stirring the mixture at 20-37 deg.C for 3-24 hours.
