ADHESIVE-TAPE BE EASY TO CUT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THE SAME

A method for manufacturing a cleavable adhesive tape is provided to produce the cleavable adhesive tape by forming micro cutting grooves at both side ends of the adhesive tape, to lower a production cost, and to obtain a simple production process. A method for manufacturing a cleavable adhesive tape(1) includes the steps of: charging natural or synthetic rubbers and resins, an antioxidant, an organic solvent, etc, into a blending tank and blending and aging the mixture to obtain an adhesive(20); transferring wound film(10) to an adhesive coating position; coating one surface of the film with the adhesive, and back-treating the other surface; hot-air drying the adhesive applied on the film, and winding the adhesive-coated film around a pipe(30) to form an adhesive tape roll; cutting the adhesive tape roll into an adhesive tape having a predetermined width using a tape cutter, wherein the tape cutter comprises ring knives having micro protrusions formed to a side direction of an end part thereof and cuts the adhesive tape by the ring knives with forming micro-cutting grooves(40) on the side ends of the tape; and packaging the cut adhesive tape by the unit. Cutting is easily achieved by the micro cut grooves formed at the side ends of the adhesive tape.
