Zusammenfassung:	A PTC rod assembly and a pre-heater for a vehicle including the same are provided to fix a PTC element at an electrode terminal by simple formation to manufacture and assemble a PTC rod assembly simply, thereby improving work performance and production efficiency. A PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) rod assembly(100) includes a PTC element(120). An electrode terminal(140) contacts with the PTC element, having a plurality of through holes(140) separated at gaps in a length direction. A plurality of fixed members(130) are adhered closely to one side of the electrode terminal, having a securing hole(132) for inserting the PTC element. The fixed member has fixed protrusions(131) fixed at the through holes. An insulating film(150) contacts with the other side of the electrode terminal. The fixed members, the electrode terminal, and the insulating film are installed in an inner space of the PTC rod.
