Zusammenfassung:	A wire connecting device is provided to prevent a wire from being escaped from end anchors of a safety belt device in the case of vehicle collision. A wire connecting device includes a wire(20) twisted into a predetermined length, beads(22) welded onto both ends of the wire, and end anchors(30,32) fitted to respective ends of the wire and compressed onto the ends of the wire. A method for manufacturing a wire connecting device includes a step of preparing the wire, a step of gas-welding beads onto both ends of the wire, and a step of fitting and compressing end anchors onto both ends of the wire including the welded beads.
