Zusammenfassung:	An optical sheet and a backlight assembly of an LCD comprising the same are provided to improve the structure of the optical sheet to improve viewing angle and brightness so as to make the optical sheet function as a prism sheet and a diffusion sheet. A structured surface(620) is formed at a location facing a main surface(610), wherein the structured surface has a winding portion. The structured surface includes peaks(622) and valleys(624), which are defined according to relative height difference from a reference surface. A convex portion(625) is protruded in each of the valleys. The convex portion is gradually thicker from an edge portion toward a center portion thereof.
