Zusammenfassung: | An apparatus and a method for feeding thermal decomposition char into a melting furnace are provided to prevent safety accidents from being generated by stably supplying thermal decomposition char generated in a thermal decomposition process into the melting furnace, and allow performance of the melting furnace to be exhibited to the utmost by supplying the thermal decomposition char into the melting furnace after accurately integrating quantities of the thermal decomposition char to be supplied into the melting furnace. An apparatus for feeding thermal decomposition char into a melting furnace comprises: a thermal decomposition char storage tank(10) including an injection port(12) formed at an upper side of the body such that thermal decomposition char is injected into the body through the injection port, a discharge port(15) formed on a lower side of the body, and a body(11) in which a predetermined storage space is formed to store the injected thermal decomposition char; a first char feeding equipment(30) for feeding into a feeding pipe(80) the thermal decomposition char fed through the discharge port formed on the lower side of the body of the thermal decomposition char storage tank; a weighing equipment(40) installed to weigh the thermal decomposition char fed through the feeding pipe; a second feeding equipment(50) for feeding the thermal decomposition char that has been weighed by the weighing equipment into a melting furnace(90); and an injection pipe(60) including a cooler(61) installed between the second feeding equipment and the melting furnace. The apparatus further comprises a bridge-preventing equipment(20) installed at a lower side of the thermal decomposition char storage tank such that the thermal decomposition char is smoothly discharged to the discharge port(15). |
