Zusammenfassung:	A filler supply apparatus for a ladle is provided to prevent injuries of workers caused by heat when filler is supplied into a tapping hole of the ladle. A filler supply apparatus for a ladle includes a main body(10) and a plurality of supporters(20). The main body is a pip type, is hollow for being charged with filler(1) through an opening(11) formed on one end thereof, and has a diameter less than or same with the diameter of a tapping hole of the ladle for being inputted through the tapping hole. The supporters are protruded on the outside of the main body as a blade type for being fixed in the tapping hole of the ladle and are arranged having a gap from each other for the filler to flow between the supporters for being filled inside the tapping hole.
