NEEDLE PUNCHING SYSTEM

A needle punching apparatus for manufacturing an adiabatic pipe is provided to prevent inorganic fiber mats constituting the adiabatic pipe from being separated from each other even when the adiabatic pipe is used for a long time at a high temperature, by punching the inorganic fiber mats with a plurality of needles so that the inorganic fiber mats are closely united to each other through entanglement of yarns of the inorganic fiber mats. A winding unit(200) has a winding roller(230) for winding an inorganic fiber mat(10) supplied from a supply roller(110). A transfer pipe(220) is formed on a bottom surface of the winding unit, wherein the transfer pipe has screw threads formed on an inner circumferential surface thereof. A mat transferring unit(500) transfers the inorganic fiber mat to the winding unit. A pressing roller(600) presses the inorganic fiber mat transferred by the mat transferring unit so that the inorganic fiber mat is disposed on a surface of the winding roller. A needle punching unit(700) punches several sheets of inorganic fiber mats, which are disposed on the winding roller, with a plurality of needles(740) reciprocating in a uniform rotation radius so that the inorganic fiber mats adhere to each other by entanglement of yarns of the inorganic fiber mats.
