Zusammenfassung:	A check valve for a vacuum suction pad is provided to stably transfer an object by preventing vacuum leak generated in the vacuum suction pad. A vacuum suction pad includes a valve operating body(20), a valve fixing body(60), and a check valve(70). The valve operating body includes a female screw(61), a male screw, an air exhaust groove(62), and a discharging hole(63). The female screw engaged with the male screw is formed on the inner surface of a smaller diameter part of the valve operating body. The air exhaust groove exhausts air introduced from an orifice hole. The discharging hole is formed corresponding to the air exhaust groove. The valve fixing unit having a locking protrusion(64) is formed on the outer surface where the discharging hole is formed. The check valve is attached on the outer surface of the valve fixing unit to control exhaust of air in the valve operating body.
