Zusammenfassung:	A quarter glass opening/closing mechanism for a vehicle is provided to open a window when a magnet generates a magnetic force and to close the window when a power being supplied to the magnet is shut off. A quarter glass opening/closing mechanism is used for opening/closing a quarter glass(53) having a front end connected to a center pillar through a hinge(52) such that the quarter glass rotates at the center pillar. A link(54) is connected to the other end of the quarter glass such that the link rotates at the other end of the quarter glass. A roller(62) moves along a guide rail provided in the link. The roller is connected to a fixing bracket and generates a predetermined polarity when electric current is applied to a coil(61). A spring is provided between a magnet(63) and the roller.
