THE MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SUTURE AND THE SUTURE

A suture manufacturing method and a suture produced by the same are provided to apply at least two kinds of colors on the suture by spinning at least two melted materials with different colors in the form of yarn with supplying the melted materials to a spinneret through each pressurizing tank in turn. A suture manufacturing method comprises the steps of: melting polydioxanone(2) in a gel type, mixing the melted polydioxanone with pigments(3), and pouring the mixture into melting and mixing tanks(10) mixing the pigments of different colors; extruding the mixed and melted material toward a spinneret(30) by pressing the material by pressurizing tanks(20) and opening valves installed at each pressurizing tank, in turn; strongly extruding the material supplied from the pressurizing tanks, through the spinneret in the shape of yarn; and stretching the spun yarn in one direction by using a drawing machine.
