EUROFORM MOLDING CASE WITH A HEATING MEMBER

An euroform type mold having a heating structure is provided to facilitate curing of concrete even in cold winter days by embedding heating structures in a synthetic resin plate installed on a front surface of frame units, wherein the heating structures are connected to heat supplying units via heating wires and protected by metal reinforcing members. An euroform type mold having a heating structure comprises frames(110) forming a rectangular shape, angles(121) partitioning and supporting the inside of the frames into frame units(120), and a synthetic resin plate(130) installed on front surfaces of the frame units. The synthetic resin plate directly supports the load of the uncured concrete poured in the frame units. Heating structures(140) are embedded in the synthetic resin plates. The heating structures have heating wires(142) and bodies(141) for protecting the heating wires. Power supplying units(143) supply electric power to the heating wires. Metal reinforcing members(150) composed of synthetic metal alloys are installed on one sides of the heating structures for preventing damages to the heating structures. A resin layer is coated over the surface of the synthetic board onto which the concrete is poured so as to allow the surface of the synthetic board to be smooth.
