A composition for inhibiting obesity and lowering blood sugar comprises an ethanol extract of Trillium Kamtschaticum extract as an effective ingredient, which is prepared by crushing dried aerial parts of Trillium Kamtschaticum and extracting the powder with 50% ethanol at room temperature for 2-3 days.
