Zusammenfassung:	A device for alarming fuel shortage of a vehicle is provided to prevent confusion of a driver caused by malfunction of an alarming lamp by delaying fuel shortage signal for predetermined time and lighting the alarming lamp when fuel shortage signal is generated from a fuel tank or a level sensor. A device for alarming fuel shortage of a vehicle comprises a standard voltage generating unit(20), a lighting signal delaying unit(25), a comparing unit(30), and a switching unit(35). The standard voltage generating unit lowers voltage of a battery for at least one level of resistance when the fuel shortage signal is generated to apply the voltage to an inverting terminal of the comparing unit. The lighting signal delaying unit delays voltage of the battery to the resistance and a condenser when fuel shortage signal is generated to apply the voltage to a non-inverting terminal of the comparing unit.
