MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FUNCTIONAL FIBER FOR PARTITION SEAT COVER

A method for manufacturing a functional fabric for partition sheet cover is provided to produce a fabric emitting far-infrared rays and absorbing harmful substances of indoor air, by manufacturing the fabric using a mineral liquid composite and a vegetable liquid composite. Sericite sol, zeolite sol, pine needle liquid extract, anion generating vegetable mixture are respectively prepared(S10). A mineral liquid composite is prepared by mixing the sericite sol of 45-55 wt% and the zeolite sol of 15-25 wt%, and a vegetable liquid composite is prepared by mixing the pine needle liquid extract of 10-20 wt% and the anion generating vegetable mixture of 5-15 wt%(S20). A fabric is immersed in the mineral liquid extract(S30). The fabric is firstly dried for 2-3 hours(S40). The dried fabric is coated with the vegetable liquid composite(S50). The coated fabric is secondarily dried for 3-4 hours(S60).
