Zusammenfassung:	An insulating varnish composition is provided to improve a working environment and stability of coated products and reduce working time. An insulating varnish composition includes 40-100 parts by weight of a binder mixture comprising 30-70 parts by weight of a polymer resin and 10-30 parts by weight of a reactive diluent, 2-10 parts by weight of a photoinitiator, and 0.5-2.0 parts by weight of a hardener. A coating method includes the steps of: pre-heating an object; cooling the object; coating the object with the insulating varnish composition; dripping an object impregnated in the insulating varnish composition for predetermined time, thereby coating the object with the insulating varnish composition; and curing the insulating varnish composition applied on the object.
