Zusammenfassung:An apparatus and a method for pre-tensioning an anchor for a floating marine structure are provided to minutely regulate tensile force and to safely perform a pre-tensioning work. An apparatus(100) for pre-tensioning an anchor(10) for a floating marine structure includes a hook(160), a stop fixing plate(110), a fixing plate driving hydraulic cylinder(130), and a movable fixing plate(120). A connection wire(11) is fixed to the anchor. A wire rope or a chain is capable of being used as the connection wire. The hook is engaged with the connection wire of the anchor. A plurality of steel wires is connected to the hook. The hook is a unit for connecting the connection wire of the anchor and a plurality of steel wires. The stop fixing plate and the hydraulic cylinder is fixed to a flat barge(20).
