WASHING APPARATUS USING SUPERHEATED VAPOR AND WASHING METHOD USING THEREOF

A washing device for a glass using a superheated vapor and a washing method thereof are provided to improve the washing efficiency and to prevent the vapor from being filled in the device by rapidly discharging the superheated vapor to the outside via a discharging device. A washing device for a glass using a superheated vapor and a washing method thereof comprise a water injecting device(10), a superheated vapor injecting device(30), a drying device(60), a discharging device, and a discharging guide. The water injection device injects the water to a glass. The superheated vapor injecting device injects the superheated vapor to the glass. The discharging device discharges the superheated vapor injected from the superheated vapor injecting device to the outside. The discharging guide discharges the superheated vapor injected from the superheated vapor injecting device at the lower part of the glass by being induced to the discharging device.
