A separable draining board for facilitating connection and installation, and a method for constructing a road in an apartment complex using the same are provided to reduce the cost required for maintaining and repairing the road by preventing a surface of the road from being sunk. A separable draining board comprises one set of nine plates. The plates have a plurality of draining holes. The plates are coupled to each other by elastic springs. The separable draining board has a rectangular shape, and includes plurality of coupling protrusions(102,112) and coupling grooves(102',122) formed at an outer circumference thereof. First and second coupling plates(110,120) are formed in a shape of an isosceles triangle which is identical to that of the separable draining board diagonally cut into half. The coupling protrusions(102,112) and coupling grooves(102',122) are formed at edges of the separable draining board to correspond to the first and second coupling plates(110,120).
