Zusammenfassung:	A noise prevention structure of an upper end of a tale gate of a vehicle is provided to restrict the hollow noise by rotating a cutoff plate through the air flow and cutting off the gap between a body outer panel and the tail outer panel. A noise prevention structure of an upper end of a tale gate of a vehicle comprises a cutoff plate(20), and a spring(10). The cutoff plate is placed between a body outer panel(1) and a tail gate outer panel(3) to cut off the gap between the panels. The spring supplies the elastic force to the cutoff plate to be rotated to the position to which the gap between the panels is opened. An end of the cutoff plate is bent toward the front side of the vehicle.
