Zusammenfassung: | An automatic voltage regulator using a serial transformer is provided to prevent a delay generation for compensation by using an inverter and to require only a capacity for compensating the varied quantity in an inverter and the serial transformer. An automatic voltage regulator using a serial transformer(16) includes a rectifier(13). A system voltage(11) and a transformer(12) for the rectifier(13) are connected to each other. The rectifier(13) receives voltage from the transformer(12) for the rectifier(13) and rectifies the voltage. A DC condenser(14) stores the rectified DC voltage. An inverter(15) receives the DC voltage and converts the DC voltage to AC voltage. The AC voltage is connected to the system voltage(11) and a load(17) through the serial transformer(16). The serial transformer(16) is formed by n number of transformers(12) in serial to supply the compensated voltage between n phase system voltage and the load(17). |
