Zusammenfassung: | A dyeing wastewater treatment process which improves the efficiency of the wastewater treatment by returning sludge produced in the intermittent aeration step to the aerobic bio-adsorption step, and removes residual color components and non-biodegradable organic matters by flowing the dyeing wastewater into the ozone contact step after cooling dyeing wastewater through heat exchange using industrial water is provided. A dyeing wastewater treatment process comprises: an aerobic bio-adsorption step of adsorbing color components and organic matters contained in dyeing wastewater onto sludge under the air injection; a first settling step of settling solids including the sludge having the color components and organic matters adsorbed thereon; an ozone contact step of contacting treated water passing through the first settling step with ozone; an intermittent aeration step of intermittently injecting air into treated water passing through the ozone contact step to produce sludge; a second settling step of settling the produced sludge to separate sludge from final treated water; and a first sludge returning step of returning a portion or all of the sludge settled in the second settling step to the aerobic bio-adsorption step. |
