Zusammenfassung:	A pressure regulating valve for a storage tank is provided to properly use the air resistance obtained by securing the attachment area of a shaft rod and a holder in a control of a vertical speed. A pressure regulating valve for a storage tank includes a body(300), a shaft rod(120), a balance(180), a plurality of fixing bars(220), and a stopper(320). A holder(240) extends long to the lower end of the body along the central axis of the interior of the body. The inner peripheral surface of the holder is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the shaft rod. A plurality of grooves(124) formed lengthwise are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft rod. The vertical movement of the shaft rod is properly controlled by the air resistance existing between the shaft rod and the holder.
