Zusammenfassung:	A hand grinding apparatus is provided to easily perform a grinding process by hand by allowing a user to grip a base after closely attaching a grinding material to the base. A hand grinding apparatus includes a base(10), a housing(20), a supporter(50), a coupler(60), and a coupling unit(70). A grip(11) is formed on the base. A connection unit(13) is installed on a front side of a top of the base. The housing is mounted at a rear side of the top of the base. The housing receives a winding roll around which an abrasive member(40) is wound. And a leading hole is formed for leading the abrasive member in the housing. The supporter is formed at a front side of a bottom of the base. The coupler is rotatably installed in the base. The coupling unit couples the supporter and the coupler so as to fix the abrasive member located between the coupler and the supporter. A latch gear is formed in the winding roll. A stopper is mounted to be inserted between gear teeth of the latch gear.
