Zusammenfassung:	An oil refining device is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by using a vacuum valve instead of a vacuum pump and to prevent a breakdown even if the vacuum valve is continuously used. In an oil refining device having a moisture removing unit(10) for eliminating moisture contained in the oil, the moisture removing unit is composed of a vacuum chamber(11) for receiving the oil stored in an oil tank and a vacuum valve(13) comprising an inlet port(15a) and an exhaust port(15b) for receiving and exhausting the compressed air and a suction port(15c) formed between the inlet port and the exhaust port and connected with the vacuum chamber to keep the vacuum chamber vacuum. A pressure regulating member(19a) is installed between a compressed air inflow pipe(19) and the inlet port of the vacuum valve to control pneumatic pressure of the compressed air.
