MANUFACTURING APPARATUS FOR SECURITY PAPER INSERTED MULTI-TONAL WATERMARK AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SECURITY PAPER USING IT

An apparatus and a method for manufacturing security paper into which watermarks are inserted are provided to combine two sheets of wet paper having watermarks at an accurate position, by using two wet paper manufacturing units to manufacture the two sheets of wet paper. A first wet paper manufacturing unit(10) manufactures and supplies a first sheet of wet paper(2). A jet unit(20) is positioned above and below the first sheet of wet paper. The jet unit jets a jet solution onto the first sheet of wet paper through two or more nozzles(21) so as to form a pattern on the first sheet of wet paper. A second wet paper manufacturing unit(30) manufactures and supplies a second sheet of wet paper(3) to the first sheet of wet paper so as to combine the first sheet of wet paper and the second sheet of wet paper. A controller controls the jet time of the nozzles.
