METHOD FOR ADJUSTING VOLUME OF BELL SOUND AND THE MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL THEREOF

A method for controlling a sound volume of a bell sound and its mobile terminal are provided to enable a user to recognize an incoming call from when the bell sound first rings until when the user receives the call by making the bell sound by stages. When there is a request for setting an output level of a sound volume of a bell sound as a multi-level from a user, a controller(100) controls to display an output level control screen image. When a call is received, the controller(100) controls to output the bell sound through a speaker(SPK) during a pre-set duration set according to a corresponding interval at an output level set for at least one or more intervals. A memory(130) stores set output level or set duration inputted by the user through an item displayed on the output level control screen image. A display unit(120) displays the output level control screen image for setting the output level of each interval and the duration time during which the bell sound is outputted.
