CUTTING APPARATUS USING MOVEMENT OF DIAMOND WIRE FOR PREVENTING DUST AND SLUDGE FROM SCATTERING AND METHOD THEREOF

A method and an equipment for preventing dust and sludge from scattering by integrally advancing a diamond wire are provided to prevent the environmental pollution by minimizing length of a wire saw, thereby collecting dust and slug easily, and enable a cutting object to be cut even with low power consumption by minimizing the cutting contact area. An equipment(100) for preventing dust and sludge from scattering by integrally advancing a diamond wire comprises: a wire saw(1) which is wound in an endless track shape of a closed loop, passes through the cutting object through a hole formed in a cutting object(200), and is rotated in an endless track form through a rotation unit; and a moving unit for moving the wire saw passing through the cutting object to cut the cutting object, wherein the wire saw rotation unit comprises a rotation motor(110), a drive pulley(111) disposed at one side of the cutting object to rotate the wire saw by the rotation motor, and an idle pulley(112) for guiding the rotation of the wire saw. The moving unit comprises first and second guide rails(120,130), a first carriage(140), a second carriage(150), and a drive unit. The drive unit comprises racks, and pinions.
