Zusammenfassung:	A length controllable hanger-ear is provided to control the length of the hanger-ear using a length control unit when distance between a messenger wire and an electric train wire is changed by the surrounding environmental change like temperature variation and ground subsidence, by installing the length control unit between a hanger bar and an ear bar. An ear part(320) fixes and supports an electric train wire(100) supplying a voltage by contacting with a pantagraph of an electric train. A hanger bar(310) is connected to a messenger wire in order to maintain constant height of the electric train wire. The ear part and the hanger bar include a sleeve(331) having a female screw part on both ends as a length control unit(330) for controlling length of the hanger bar, and one female screw part of the sleeve is connected to a male screw part of the hanger bar, and the other female screw part is connected to a male screw part of a load unit of the ear part. A protrusion for insulation is formed in the sleeve to prevent contact between the hanger bar and the load member.
