Zusammenfassung:An apparatus for preventing arc blow using a yoke-type electromagnet is provided to offset a residual magnetic field of the weld zone by locally applying an external magnetic field generated from a water cooling type yoke electromagnet in real-time during welding to a weld zone. An apparatus for preventing arc blow using a yoke-type electromagnet comprises: a water cooling type yoke electromagnet(7) mounted on a welding carriage(4) such that the water cooling type yoke electromagnet is installed in front of a welding torch(2); a direct current power supply unit(6) connected to the water cooling type yoke electromagnet to apply a direct current power supply capable of offsetting a residual magnetic field of a weld zone(9) to the water cooling type yoke electromagnet; a control circuit(5) connected to the direct current power supply unit to control the direct current power supply unit such that the direct current power supply unit generates a direct current power supply capable of offsetting the residual magnetic field of the weld zone; a Gauss meter(3) connected to the control circuit to apply the measured values to the control circuit by measuring intensity and polarity of the residual magnetic field of the weld zone; and a water cooling type probe(1) installed at a central part of the water cooling type yoke electromagnet such that the water cooling type probe is placed at the weld zone of base metals(8) to be welded.
