Zusammenfassung: | A laser marking apparatus for a thin film LCD and a marking method using the same are provided to conduct laser marking at a specific position of a glass by pivoting the apparatus from a folded mode to a stand mode and moving it in a direction of X-or Y-axis. A first drive unit(120) rotates a first interlocking member(180), and a second drive unit(110) rotates a second interlocking member(190) and a laser marking body(140) in a direction of Y-axis. A third drive unit(130) rotates the laser marking body in a direction of X-axis through a coupling member(160) which is coupled to a rotary member(195). A side of a horizontal surface(192) of the second interlocking member is formed with a through hole. A screw(196) extends to a key(111a) of a protruded rotary shaft(111) of the second drive unit. A laser making apparatus(100) is changed from a folded state to a stand state to conduct a marking operation at a specific position of a glass using a laser generating part(142). |
