THE DEVICE FOR MEASURING WET DRAWING STRESS OF WIRE, AND THE MEASURING METHOD OF THE SAME

A device for measuring a drawing stress of a wet wire and a method of measuring the same are provided to perform a wet drawing operation similar to an actual state and measure a drawing stress in real time. A device for measuring a drawing stress of a wet wire includes an upper open lubrication bath(21), a connection member(22), and a dice holder(23). The upper open lubrication bath is detachably coupled to a lower clamp of a tension test device and filled with a wet lubrication oil. The connection member is vertically coupled to a center part of a bottom surface in the lubrication bath. The dice holder is coupled to an upper end of the connection member. A dice mounting groove(G) of the dice holder has a step structure, a cross-section of which is gradually decreased from a lower part to an upper part. The dice mounting groove of the dice holder has an one-side open structure.
