Zusammenfassung:	An electronic accelerator pedal of a vehicle is provided to improve the operating feeling of a driver and reduce the driver's fatigue by giving a kick-down feeling to the driver and to satisfy both stability and economic property. An electronic accelerator pedal of a vehicle comprises a clip member(80). The clip member is fixed on an inner wall(11) of a housing(10) separately from a friction shoe(50) combined with a pedal arm(30). The clip member gives a driver a kick-down feeling through a spring plate(40) and the pedal arm by the reaction force to the friction shoe caused by a partial contact with the friction shoe according to rotation of the pedal arm. The clip member is fixed at the housing not to be contacted with the friction shoe in rotation of the pedal arm in a normal accelerating range but to be contacted with the friction shoe in rotation of the pedal arm in a sudden accelerating range.
