| Zusammenfassung: | A sample fixing jig is provided to exclude a tape attaching process by detecting an insulation resistance while fixing plural samples between a support plate and a mounting plate and to easily exchange the samples by separably combining the support plate and the mounting plate. A sample fixing jig(100) is composed of a support plate(110), that is an insulator, set up and aligned in a line; a fixing rod(120) inserted into both ends of the support plate to fix the support plate; a mounting plate(130), that is an insulator, selectively contacted with the upper side of the support plate; a fixing member(140) fixing a sample(10) between the support plate and the mounting plate to inspect the insulation resistance; and a combining member(150) separably combining the mounting plate to the support plate to enable installation and removal of the sample interposed between the support plate and the mounting plate. |
