Zusammenfassung: | An adaptive transmission method using limited feedback information in a mobile communication system and a device thereof are provided to feed back channel information only, which corresponds to partial bands, to each terminal, or to feed back average information of a frequency response of a channel to be allocated and location information of the channel, thereby reducing an overhead caused by a lot of information in a base station. A location information storage(1302) receives channel location information of a selected band included in feedback information, and stores the received information. An additional information storage(1304) receives additional information capable of estimating the rest of channels which are not transmitted by being delivered from terminals, and stores the received information. A terminal band allocating unit(1306) allocates bands to each terminal by using the channel location information and the additional information. A non-allocation band estimation allocating unit(1308) estimates empty band information which is not allocated to the terminals by using the additional information, and allocates the estimated information to the terminals. A terminal band allocation information generator(1310) calculates the allocated band information from the allocating units(1306,1308). A terminal allocation band modulator(1312) modulates traffic data according to the band information, and sends the modulated data to the terminals. |
