A retaining wall block for planting is provided to improve air permeability and guide the plant vegetation by forming a vegetation space and preventing the water from being filled in the vegetation space. A retaining wall block(100) for planting comprises a body(110) formed with a hollow-shaped vegetation hole(130) at the center; a first combining part(140) formed at one side of the upper end of the body with height difference; a second combining part(150) formed at the other side of the lower end of the body with height difference; a third combining part(120) formed at the both sides of the body; and one or plural support bodies(180) obliquely projected to the lower side of the body on the basis of the lower surface of the body. The first combining part has first inclined and horizontal combining surfaces(141a,141b). The first inclined combining surface has an inclined combining projection(142) vertically projected from the first inclined combining surface. The first horizontal combining surface is arranged with a horizontal combining projection(143) vertically projected from the horizontal combining surface. The second combining part has second inclined and horizontal combining surfaces(151a,151b). The third combining part is formed with a circular combining projection(122) and a combining groove(121).
