Zusammenfassung:	A method for controlling process steam supply is provided to improve heat exchange rate in a post process and energy efficiency by supplying steam of optimum temperature where the supply pressure variation of steam is reflected. A method for controlling process steam supply comprises a step of permitting a worker to input an allowable temperature level to a controller(23); a step of permitting the controller to receive a signal from a pressure detection unit(16) arranged on a pipeline(15) and monitor the pressure of the steam supplied through the pipeline; a step of permitting the controller to calculate a preset temperature on the basis of the allowable temperature level input by the worker and the pressure of the steam detected by the pressure detection unit; and a step of permitting the controller to control the refill water supply in a real time basis in accordance with the calculated preset temperature and present pressure of the steam, by controlling opening of a flow control valve(24).
