A disk(41) is rotatably mounted on an upper surface of the support plate(42) and generates a signal when relatively rotated with respect to the support plate(42). When the disk(41) performs a pressing operation, a locking unit(50) locks a rotational operation of the disk(41), and when the disk performs the rotational operation, the locking unit(50) locks the pressing operation of the disk(41).
